SupplyCore has partnered with Sesame Solar to provide advanced clean energy solutions to U.S. military and federal agencies through the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Special Operations Equipment Tailored Logistics Support (SOE TLS) contract. This collaboration brings Sesame Solar’s Renewable Mobile Nanogrids to mission-critical operations, supporting the Department of Defense’s goals for energy resilience and sustainability.
Sesame Solar’s Mobile Nanogrids integrate solar energy, battery storage, and green hydrogen to deliver reliable, off-grid power as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuel generators. With rapid deployment capabilities and single-person setup in under 15 minutes, these compact systems are designed to provide energy independence in dynamic and austere environments. Additional features like onboard communications, water generation, and adaptability for various military operations—including medical hubs, secure command centers, and EV charging—further enhance operational readiness with minimal logistical challenges.
“Our partnership with Sesame Solar enables us to rapidly deliver Clean Mobile Power to military and federal agencies operating in demanding environments,” said Peter Provenzano, SupplyCore President & CEO. “Sesame’s Mobile Nanogrids address a critical need for energy resilience and sustainability, and we’re proud to collaborate on bringing this innovative technology to the Department of Defense and beyond.”
This partnership reflects SupplyCore’s commitment to advancing energy solutions that reduce reliance on fossil fuels while addressing the increasing impacts of climate change. Together, SupplyCore and Sesame Solar are working to ensure uninterrupted power for mission-critical operations and to enhance energy resilience across the Department of Defense.
The alliance has already seen success with the deployment of a Sesame Unmanned Perimeter Security Nanogrid at the White Sands Missile Base, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Additional deployments with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Marine Corps are planned for early 2025, furthering the impact of this initiative.
