Description

The SMART Expeditionary Range Package (ERP) system offers unparalleled transportability and flexibility, meticulously designed for rapid deployment by air, land, or sea. Its modular and compact structure allows for swift transportation and setup in any location, providing adaptable training solutions even in the most challenging environments, without interfering with the shared ranges of other services.

The system encompasses advanced target systems, including automated stationary infantry targets, friend-foe differentiation, stationary armor, ballistic shields, acoustical zero-target systems, and individual weapon qualification lanes. Each target system is equipped with wireless capabilities, ensuring robust control and communication, and meets the stringent U.S. Army TC 3-20.40 standards. The ERP system includes expeditionary stationary electronic infantry and armor target storage with individual cradles providing safety and securing force protection.

Power solutions include portable generators, solar generators with panels that offers versatility and sustainable energy in diverse environments. The system also includes essential tools and accessories and 2-way range communication.

The ERP system is designed with a comprehensive approach to facilitate both maintenance and operations. Its multifunctional workbench features a non-conductive surface, ensuring safety during technical tasks, while the integrated power system offers through-wall capabilities for seamless connectivity. The X-track cargo securing mechanism keeps tools and materials organized, and a built-in air conditioning unit, accessible via secure through-wall access, ensures the workspace remains comfortable in various environments. The system is further equipped with specialized configurations for target repair, supported by a network of power cables, prime power couplers, and auxiliary components, all optimized for efficient use. Inside, you’ll find a well-organized setup with acid-resistant flooring, LED lighting, and a cabinet to store technical manuals. The workspace also includes a range of power hand tools and a battery charging bank to keep equipment ready for use, providing an all-in-one solution for field operations.

Scalability is a key feature of the ERP system, allowing it to support both large-scale and small-scale exercises and qualification courses. Its ability to operate independently of prime power sources makes it ideal for remote locations and shared ranges. The system’s components are built to withstand extreme environmental conditions and high usage rates, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
