Meet the leaders of SupplyCore Inc. based in Rockford, Illinois:

Peter Provenzano, President and CEO
Peter Provenzano is President and Chief Executive Officer of SupplyCore Inc. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Mr. Provenzano has been involved in several entrepreneurial and technology-related ventures. He joined SupplyCore in 1997 and worked in purchasing, operations, sales, and supplier development prior to becoming CEO. Mr. Provenzano has led SupplyCore through various successful technology, logistics, and supply chain undertakings. As a result of his success, Mr. Provenzano has been featured in many articles inside Inc Magazine, Industrial Distribution, AUSA Times, Journal of Property Management, SmartBusiness, and Executive Circle.
Mr. Provenzano led SupplyCore in winning and implementing multiple CONUS and OCONUS DLA MRO Prime Vendor contracts with a total value in excess of $4.6 billion. These contracts include the North Central US, the Southeast US, Europe South of the Alps, and the Pacific region.
In 2004, SupplyCore was awarded the CENTCOM MRO Prime Vendor Contract, which included 23 countries in the Middle East and Northern Africa including, but not limited to, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, U.A.E., Iran, Bahrain, and Qatar. Mr. Provenzano successfully established vital relationships in this region and formed SupplyCore Middle East, in partnership with a Saudi Arabian company, to provide trucking, warehousing and local purchasing efforts for faster service and hands-on support to locations throughout the region.
Mr. Provenzano effectively guided SupplyCore in winning the FASI-G set-aside contract in 2008 to provide logistics and supply chain management services in supporting the military’s land-based vehicle fleets. Mr. Provenzano also played an instrumental role in developing successful programs to support Caterpillar, Boeing, and the Department of Defense.
Under Mr. Provenzano’s leadership, SupplyCore grew from a small business with less than ten employees to a company with contracts worth over a quarter of a billion dollars and employing over one hundred and thirty people in locations around the globe. Today, SupplyCore maintains a worldwide network of offices in Japan, Okinawa, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, California, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio, and Georgia. Its headquarters remains located in the heart of Rockford, Illinois, where it was founded.

Charles E. Granneman, Chief Financial Officer
A graduate of Western Illinois University
and a former National Guardsman, Charlie Granneman joined SupplyCore
in 2006 and worked as a consultant for the company before
becoming CFO in December 2006. Mr. Granneman has
been involved in managing high growth global businesses
for more than twenty years. His accomplishments include
areas of human resources, accounting, information
technology, lean manufacturing, operations, distribution,
mergers and acquisitions, and finance for publically traded
and privately held companies. Mr. Granneman leads the
Corporate Finance Group for SupplyCore and SupplyCore
Middle East.
Prior to SupplyCore, Mr. Granneman’s customers included U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of the Army, The National
Institute of Health, The USDA, and the FDA. With a prior employer, Mr. Granneman
held the titles of Treasurer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer. His
global experience includes Managing Director of European Sales Office while he resided
in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As Divisional CFO he was responsible for three US
manufacturing plants, six European sales offices, a China sales office and over 400
employees worldwide. During his career he has worked on over twenty acquisitions,
including companies located in The Netherlands, The UK, and Sweden.

David Hahn, Vice President of Corporate Development
David Hahn, Vice President of Corporate Development at SupplyCore Inc., has been working in inventory management and integrated supply chain for over ten years. With a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and graduate work in international business, Mr. Hahn has built a foundation to support various organizational structures both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining SupplyCore, Mr. Hahn worked as a Project Manager with Thrall Distribution serving integrated supply customers throughout the country.
In 1998, Mr. Hahn joined SupplyCore as a Director of Project Management and Supplier Development, became the Director of Sales in 2001 and Vice President of Sales in 2003. With SupplyCore, Mr. Hahn has completed bid responses and overseen implementation of multiple international Defense Logistics Agency/Defense Supply Center Philadelphia/Defense Supply Center Columbus Prime Vendor contracts with a total value in excess of $4,650,000,000. Mr. Hahn played a vital role in the bid response and implementation of the Fleet Automotive Support Initiative Global (FASI-G) program. The FASI-G Program, administered by the DSCC, was created to provide superior logistics, supply chain management services, and to improve customer services in supporting the military’s land-based vehicle fleets.
During the implementation of these Prime Vendor contacts, Mr. Hahn contributed to the management of operations in worldwide locations including Okinawa, Japan, Kuwait City, Kuwait, and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the past several years, Mr. Hahn has played an integral part in SupplyCore’s shift in focusing entirely on government and military procurement and integrated logistics services. This shift has increased profitability for SupplyCore in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Lori Glawe, Vice President of Operations
Lori Glawe joined SupplyCore as the Director of Human Resources/Quality in 2000 and subsequently added responsibilities for Operations in 2004. Prior to joining SupplyCore, Ms. Glawe worked for Thrall Distribution, the last three years as Director of Human Resources. She also spent five years with Reed-Chatwood, a manufacturer of textile machinery. She holds six and a half years of experience in supply chain management and other experiences in logistics, warehousing, customer service, quality assurance, and business optimization.
Ms.
Glawe oversaw the establishment of both CONUS and OCONUS warehouses as well as the expansion of the Forest Park, GA facility. She is responsible for serving 1,211 customers in the past three years, completing 25,743 CONUS and OCONUS lines through the Atlanta warehouse in 2005 and 9,144 lines ONCONUS through the Santa Fe Springs warehouse in 2005. She also oversaw approximately 80,000 annual transactions in each of the past two years. She has staffed warehouses both domestically and in Okinawa while establishing a warehouse set up procedure and currently oversees seven warehouses and customer service locations, worldwide. Ms. Glawe is also responsible for working directly with the Middle East company to establish warehousing and intercompany processes, delivery strategies and ethics expectations to support the CENTCOM region.
Ms. Glawe, who has a B.A. from Western Illinois University, completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2000. In 1999, she received a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certificate. Ms. Glawe was head of Operations and Logistics when SupplyCore’s was nominated in partnership with DSCP in November, 2004. The nomination was made by DLA/DSCP and the selection was made by a distinguished panel of judges representing industry, the Department of Defense and academia. She was also involved with the CENTCOM business when SupplyCore was recognized by the Chairman, Small Business Committee for outstanding efforts in supporting the Warfighter in 2005.

Chuck Beach, Vice President of Information Technology
Chuck Beach received his BS and MS in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Rockford College. Mr. Beach came to SupplyCore in 2000 after working for almost 20 years at Hamilton-Sundstrand, an aerospace division of United Technologies.
At Hamilton-Sundstrand, Mr. Beach was heavily involved with automation, systems integration, E-Commerce, global networking, and was a long-time participant on the TQM Committee. Mr. Beach also served with an IBM Users Group and co-authored a number of white papers.
At SupplyCore, Mr. Beach helped design, develop, and implement the I.T. systems that help drive the SupplyCore business vision for rapid integration into customer, supplier, and partner systems. Going beyond simple E-commerce transactions, SupplyCore systems include unparalleled extensibility that can adapt to customer and vendor procurement rules for greater efficiencies. SupplyCore systems proved their value in how easily and quickly they adapted to complex government and DOD systems, achieving 100% electronic integration with every system the company works with. The 100% internet enabled systems allow SupplyCore to quickly deploy to anywhere in the world, enhancing SupplyCore’s willingness and adaptability to ever-changing customer initiatives.

Matt Marshall, Vice President of Finance
Matthew Marshall is a graduate of Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with an MBA, Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant. As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Marshall is responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, risk management and part of the strategic planning committee.
Prior to joining SupplyCore in 2000, Mr. Marshall worked in public accounting for several years specializing in construction, financial institution and healthcare sectors of private companies.

Mike Paul, Director of New Business
A graduate of the University of Arizona, Mike Paul has been involved in several construction-related ventures. He joined SupplyCore in 2007 to start a new construction division and to both prime and subcontract work for private and government agencies across the country. As a Project Executive, Mr. Paul is responsible for proposal preparation, estimating, budget preparation, job cost, customer correspondence, and subcontracting administration. Mr. Paul is also the lead safety manager and author of safety manuals, specifically for the construction division as well as responsible for new construction employee safety training.
Mike Paul, while employed at the Hard Dollar Corporation, gained experience in managing sales, operations and logistics for construction companies that provided the right skill set, to then present and help sell enterprise Project Lifecycle Management software to contractors, energy companies and manufacturers. He was successful in optimizing the contractor’s ROI through proper configuration and value engineering as well as developing and incorporating a grading, concrete and landscape contracting company, serving apartment complexes, new and existing homes, manufactured homes and new commercial construction.
